This temporary full-time role at The Magnum Ice Cream Company (Nov '25 - June '26) focuses on driving growth and innovation for the Sharing & Scooping platform across Europe and ANZ, managing strategy, communication, and P&L for brands like Carte d'Or and Wall's. The position involves leading product development, optimizing portfolio performance, and unlocking new channel opportunities to boost market share and profitability.

Description

  • Project management and deliver OTIF.
  • Delivering BIG BET's; brand experience toolkit, including comms, packs, POS, TSS.
  • Ensure in-home tubs growth top line & bottom line and competitively
  • Fill portfolio gaps with the right product design, deciding on price points, actioning NRM, ensuring outstanding pack designs, knowing lines in the factories inside-out and improve constantly the SC costings.
  • Reducing complexity & harmonizing to unlock SC cost savings and easier & efficient 6P management of the platform
  • Deliver an innovation funnel for in-home Tubs, that would drive volume on all critical pricepoints and gain market share.
  • For value for money segment work closely with Heartbrand team ensuring Wall's Desserts is part of full Season Opening / Extension delivery and Visibility toolkits.
  • Unlock incremental TO by listing into white space channels (discounters etc.) with custom mixes for desserts business.
  • SCC to drive volume to factories that would bring cost savings through scale & savings on fixed costs.
  • Ensuring CDOR is contributing total IC Category and Refreshment strategy, trade selling stories.

Profile

  • Minimum 2 years in marketing (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen, organizational communication skills, and experience managing complexity.
  • Experience in crafting brands in terms of BCI development and execution is preferred.
  • Teamplayer that is strong in stakeholder management internally and externally (countries, agencies etc).
  • Proactive in spotting opportunities and successfully executing them.
