This is a 2-month assignment as a Shopper Marketing Assistant. You will support the execution of impactful shopper marketing initiatives and strategic projects across Europe and ANZ, ensuring alignment with category growth strategies and customer plans. The role also leads POSM programs, drives shopper insights, and collaborates cross-functionally to elevate in-store communication and innovation storytelling.

Description

  • Drive actionable Shopper Insights across EU & ANZ to support business growth.
  • Refine and implement the Playbook for Perfect Execution, linking plans to Category Growth Strategy and supporting market-level customer planning.
  • Support EU-wide Big Bet activation plans from ideation to customer execution, including playbook development and best practice sharing.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to embed in-store execution guidelines into IBP brand documents.
  • Lead the Unmissable POSM program for Ice Cream across EU & ANZ.
  • Centralize and optimize POSM acquisition costs in collaboration with Procurement and Finance.
  • Elevate in-store communication by sharing and scaling best practices across markets to build Shopper Marketing capability.

Profile

  • 1 - 4 years in shopper marketing, brand marketing, or related roles, preferably within FMCG.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Shopper Insights Tooling (Appreciation for Nielsen/sales data metrics and shopper metrics like Penetration & Frequency)

Job Offer

  • Contract from Nov 1st - Dec 31st
  • Salary between €3400 - €5400 based on 40h and experience
