As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment and learning activities - ensuring everything runs seamlessly from start to finish while continuously looking for ways to make it even better. We have two positions, one has a focus on our candidate journey (Talent Acquisition) and the other position has a focus on the employee journey (L&D).


This = the job you are looking for

As an HR Coordinator Talent Acquisition / L&D you’ll take ownership of key operational activities in HR such as recruitment and learning. We rely on you to:

  • Plan and manage the year calendar of recruiting, onboarding, and learning events.
  • Coordinate various programs by managing logistics, scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
  • Create engaging candidate and learner experiences.
  • Act as a super-user for our Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate system setup and data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies, trainers) to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and report on participation, quality, and impact of our programs for content owners and other stakeholders.
  • Support administrative activities, such as requesting PO numbers for vendors.
  • Proactively contribute ideas and take part in continuous improvement initiatives to make our processes smarter and more efficient.

  • A completed higher education (BSc) or a few years of relevant work experience in an operational or similar environment.
  • Working fluency in both Dutch (native level) and English, written and spoken.
  • Proven success in planning and organising with attention to detail - think workshops, trainings, or events.
  • Experience building relationships in an international and complex environment, and you're a true team player.
  • A proactive, independent working style with a “can do” mentality.
  • The ability to balance thinking and doing, especially under pressure, and to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills: you listen well, ask the right questions, and strike the right tone.
  • A passion for learning – and an eagerness to improve how things work. You're not afraid to suggest new ideas, challenge the status quo, and bring innovative thinking to the table.
  • Solid digital skills, especially in Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new systems. Experience with Docebo and/or Connexys is a plus.
