Waar ben jij van?Jij bent een ervaren Solution architect Operationele Technologie (OT). Het brengen van samenhang op strategisch- en tactisch niveau tussen missie, bedrijfsdoelstellingen en de benodigde organisatie binnen het Rotterdamse OT landschap, is jou op het lijf geschreven!Jouw functieBinnen de clusters Stadsbeheer (SB) en Stadsontwikkeling (SO) is een sterke behoefte aan OT-architectuur als hulpmiddel om grip te krijgen op de omgeving. OT-dienstverlening wordt geleverd vanuit deze clusters. Het project OT-basis op orde heeft als doel om een samenhangende OT-architectuur aanpak op te zetten en te implementeren. Het wegwerken van het achterstallig onderhoud op het vlak van OT-architectuur maakt onderdeel uit van de implementatie. Doel van de architectuur aanpak is dat de integratie van OT-componenten met de processen, applicaties en data van de vak afdelingen en flexibel en gemeente breed ondersteund moet worden. Als OT Architect werk je binnen het totale OT-landschap architecturen op basis van de zelf ontwikkelde aanpak uit en schrijf je adviezen, dit in afstemming met de verschillende vak afdelingen binnen Rotterdam.Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

• Opstellen van een OT-architectuur aanpak die aansluit bij de wensen van de vak afdelingen en in het verlengde daarvan de (standaarden) van gemeente Rotterdam;
• Implementeren van de OT-architectuur aanpak en het zelfstandig wegwerken van het achterstallig onderhoud op het vlak van OT-architectuur en de vastlegging.
• Het vertalen van architectuurmodellen naar begrijpelijke versies (bijvoorbeeld naar functionele of applicatie componenten) ten behoeve van afstemming met diverse stakeholdersgroepen;
• Presenteren van deze uitwerkingen aan verschillende doelgroepen.
• Adviseren over OT-projecten en implementaties;
• Het ontwerpen ontwikkelen van een robuuste en weerbare OT-architectuur in lijn met de binnen de gemeente gehanteerde beveiligingskaders (CSIR).
• Coachen en begeleiden van Solution Architecten op het vlak van OT-architectuur.

Jouw profielJe bent een ervaren OT Security & Solution architect met een sociale en integere houding. Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Je hebt het talent om te enthousiasmeren en om de boodschap duidelijk en helder over te brengen. Je weet goed te luisteren en weet goed kennis over te brengen aan overige teamleden. Je bent in staat om mensen te begeleiden en op te leiden. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bereid om samen met het ontwikkelteam te werken aan gedetailleerd technisch ontwerp en/of dat te herzien.

Gevraagd

Eisen:

• Je beschikt over een afgeronde WO-opleiding
• Je hebt 10 jaar werkervaring als architect binnen een OT-omgeving opgedaan in de afgelopen 15 jaar
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als (Cyber)security architect opgedaan in de afgelopen 15 jaar
• Je beschikt over kennis van technologieën als SCADA, PLC, OT Security, OT Network-Segmentatie & Monitoring, Illumio, Cisco, RDBMS en Cyber Security
• Je hebt kennis van gemeentelijke architectuur principes, processen, kennis van Archimate. & BiZZDesign
• Je beschikt over een SAFe for Architects en Togaf Certificering
• Je hebt ervaring met zowel Business-, Solution-, Domain- en Security architectuur

Wensen:

• Je hebt ervaring met EA-raamwerken en tools zoals SAFe TOGAF, ArchiMate, DyA, Zachman/SABSA, Novius.en BiZZdesign
• Je beschikt over kennis van standaarden en raamwerken zoals NIS2, ISO 62443, CSIR, BIO, BIO2 en de ISO 27001 & 27002

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
