As an Inventory & Operations Coordinator, you’ll make sure warehouse activities run efficiently and accurately every day. From managing incoming and outgoing goods to maintaining stock records, you’ll help ensure everything is in the right place at the right time. This is a full-time position.

Your main tasks will include:

• Picking, processing, and fulfilling orders for Revenue, Evaluation, and Transfer shipments.

• Assembling SKUs and managing packing, staging, loading, and unloading.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with inventory control.

• Supporting physical stock counts and transferring finished goods between locations.

• Contributing to warehouse layout improvements and efficient space usage.

• Escalating issues promptly to warehouse or operations management.

• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace.

• Collaborating closely with team members to meet daily operational goals.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working on your feet.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

• Familiarity with inventory control and cycle counting.

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus.

• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
