Wat ga je doen?

Are you administratively strong, do you have experience with jewelry and are you available to start at the beginning of November? Then we have the best job in the Netherlands for you!
You will be working at one of the most famous jewelry brand in the world. This jewelry brand has an office in Amsterdam, near Schiphol.
And you have the chance to work there and help with administrative, costumer support and logistical work.

For example:
- Opening international shipments;
- Taking pictures of every piece of jewelry that has come in;
- Registering jewelry in the system and working with Excel;
- Repacking jewelry to be sent abroad, registering shipments and preparing them for shipment;
- Giving support to b2b clients, and the other offices abroad;
- Engraving personalized jewelry boxes with the laser.

Wat wij bieden

  • Full-time job with the nicest jewelry company in the world;
  • Great colleagues, nice mix between Italians, Irish, Americans, and many more cultures;
  • Salary is €14.40 gross per hour;
  • Travel allowance, with a maximum of €13,79 per day.
  • You will accrue 25 vacation days per year, and receive 8.33% vacation pay;
  • Pension from day 1;
  • Opportunity to possibly continue working in this department or in the warehouse itself;
  • And of course the possibility to receive a contract from the company itself.
Wat wij vragen

  • You can work full-time between 08:00-17:00, but you are flexible in this. And working overtime during December/January is no problem for you;
  • Preferably you already have a VOG or have no problem to request for this, because you will be working with jewelry;
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel;
  • Background in retail, logistics, data-entry, inventory or supply chain is a pro;
  • You can speak multiple languages: English, Dutch, French and German (this is a must).
