At A.S. Watson, we’re looking for motivated order pickers to help prepare pallets for one of the most iconic retail brands in the Netherlands. Using a voice-picking system, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where rolling up your sleeves is part of the job. If you enjoy working with a variety of products and solving small challenges throughout the day, this could be the perfect role for you!

What will you be doing?

• Picking products using a voice-controlled system and a pump truck
• Building strong, stable pallets – sometimes reorganizing them to place heavier items at the bottom
• Reaching daily targets while keeping your workspace clean and organized

What’s the work like?

The job can be physically demanding. Some days you’ll be lifting heavier items like laundry detergent, other days lighter ones like toothpaste – often a mix of both. That means no two days are ever the same!

You’re someone who works with precision, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team.

You’re available to work in two shifts from Monday to Saturday:

• Morning shift: 06:00–14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00
  Or you can work the evening shift from 17:00–22:00.

You’re available at least two Saturday mornings per month.

You have your own place to live and reliable transportation to get to work.

• Gross hourly pay: 
  •  € 15.51 from age 21 (includes ADV allowance for up to 35 hours).
  •  € 11,54 from age 20 (includes ADV allowance for up to 35 hours).
  •  € 8,67 from age 19 (includes ADV allowance for up to 35 hours).
  • € 7,37 from age 18 (includes ADV allowance for up to 35 hours)
• Located close to Brede, Tilburg, Rijen, Dongen, Made, Gilze en Waalwijk

Waar je gaat werken

AS Watson’s distribution center is located at Florijnstraat 4c in Oosterhout. The site is easily accessible by car, scooter, or bicycle from surrounding areas such as Breda, Gilze, Dongen, and Tilburg.

Team leaders also speak English, ensuring clear communication during work and breaks.
