Are you someone who likes to work with your hands, stay busy, and take pride in doing things right? We’re looking for a dayshift Production Assistant in Breda who’s reliable, motivated, and proactive. You don’t need years of experience, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the rest!

What are you going to do?

As a Production Assistant, you make sure each product is packed correctly and ready to go out on time. You’ll be part of the Manual Fulfilment department; a small, supportive team where quality, efficiency, and teamwork go hand in hand. It’s a hands-on job where precision matters and where you’ll always have teammates around to help and support each other.

Your main tasks include:

  • Setting up your workstation – preparing materials, printing, cleaning, and making sure everything’s ready for the production cycle
  • Carrying out manual packaging tasks according to clear work procedures
  • Inspecting materials and finished products to make sure they meet quality standards
  • Fixing small issues that may come up during your shift
  • Checking output carefully to spot any mistakes early
  • Keeping records of what’s produced, including approved and defective items
  • Maintaining logs and reports so production runs smoothly and efficiently

The work times are from 07:30 - 16:00, with a chance in the future that you'll get to work in two shifts from 06:15 - 14:45 and 13:45 - 22:15 (with 17% shift allowance)

Additional information

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are required as part of the onboarding process. Your VOG needs to have been approved before you can start.

The team has about 35 colleagues from various nationalities who are informal, flexible, and always ready to help each other. It’s a supportive work environment where reliability and teamwork come first.

  • Have (some) exprecience in production or logistics
  • Speak English fluently
  • Able to obtain, and wait for a VOG before your start
