Nike is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. In this role, you are the crucial link between data analysis and the daily operations of the Nike stores (Retail Stores). You are part of the Business Intelligence team, and your goal is to improve the supply chain for these stores.

• €26 - €40 based on experience
• 40 hours per week
• Assingment from January till May 2026

Nike is looking for:

• You have work experience (5 years prefered) in business analytics, preferably within a supply chain or retail environment.
• You are analytically strong and results-oriented.
• You have proven experience with analysis tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Advanced Analytics (like Python, Machine Learning) is a major plus.
• You are communicatively skilled and can collaborate well with various levels within the organization.
• You have experience leading medium to large projects.
• You can work independently, take initiative, and have a strong eye for detail.

You will be the central point of contact ("the spider in the web") and liaise with many different departments, including the commercial teams, finance, planning, and Nike's IT/Tech department.

• You will analyze the performance of the supply chain (based on KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
• You will build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to make complex data understandable (data storytelling).
• You will investigate the root causes of problems in store replenishment.
• You will collaborate with the technical (data engineering) teams to ensure the data you use is of high quality.
• You will help colleagues within your team become more skilled in working with data.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
