For our client in Wateringen, we are looking for an experienced Operator to join the bakery team! You can expect a gross hourly wage between €18.00 and €20.00, with the opportunity to earn allowances up to 200%!Wat ga je doen?
As an Operator, you are essentially working as a Baker in an industrial bakery. Every day, the bakery produces fresh bread for various supermarkets across the country using modern machinery.
You will be involved in the full production process: combining ingredients, kneading the dough, placing it in baking tins, proofing, baking, and possibly decorating the bread with seeds. As an Operator, you closely monitor each stage to ensure the highest quality and smooth operations.
You will work in a 3-shift system (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00).
Wat wij bieden
- Gross hourly wage between €18.00 and €20.00 excl. allowances;
- Attractive shift and irregular hours allowances:
- Mon–Fri 06:00–18:00 → 100% pay
- Mon–Fri 18:00–06:00 → 134% pay
- Saturday → 134% pay
- Sunday & public holidays → 200% pay
- Additional benefits:

- Preferably several years of relevant work experience as an Operator, line supervisor, machine operator, or similar in a production environment;
- Good command of Dutch or English (for reading recipes);
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
- Reliability and a strong work ethic;
- Attention to detail and quality.
