A rapidly scaling SaaS company in the sustainable energy space, headquartered in the Netherlands, with 130+ employees. They develop modular, cloud-based Digital Twin software used across district and industrial heating and cooling networks.
Product
Their platform enables energy providers to simulate, monitor, and optimize heating and cooling systems in real time. The software is deeply integrated into clients’ sustainability and investment workflows, directly contributing to their decarbonisation goals.
Role: Enterprise Account Executive
• Location: Netherlands (with broader European scope)
• Language Requirement: Fluent Dutch & English
• Work Setup: Hybrid
Role Highlights
• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in the Netherlands and across Europe.
• Start with key national accounts and expand to ~10 strategic customers globally (~€2.4M ARR).
• Act as a central link between commercial, product, and marketing teams to drive account-based initiatives.
• Identify product gaps and share client feedback with the leadership and product org.
• Spot and flag early-stage delivery challenges and customer satisfaction issues.

• Background in engineering or business (Bachelor’s degree required).
Nice to haves
• Experience in the energy, utilities, or industrial SaaS space.
• Familiarity with Digital Twin software.
• 5+ years of relevant enterprise AM experience.
