FunctieomschrijvingAre you a driven EHS professional with a passion for safety in complex construction environments? Do you want to contribute to the design and execution of safe construction projects within a high-tech setting? Then this role within ASML Corporate Real Estate is for you!
As the Snr. EHS Specialist, you will be the linchpin between project managers and EHS policy. You will advise and support them in integrating safety into both the design phase and the execution phase of construction projects. You ensure that risks are identified and controlled in a timely manner, and that the client's duty of due diligence (vergewisplicht) is met.
Functie-eisenTasks and Responsibilities
Advising project managers on EHS aspects in design and execution.
Checking and safeguarding Safety & Health (V&G) documentation.
Conducting audits, inspections, and observation rounds on construction sites.
Assessing work permits and supervising high-risk activities.
Participation in safety studies.
Contributing to incident investigations.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including emergency services and contractors.
Primary employment conditions
- A monthly salary up to €6400
- A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
- 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
Secondary employment conditions
- Pension Plus scheme (build-up from day 1)
- 5% ADV allowance
- Net €750,- to set up your home workplace
- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
