In this role, you will be part of a dynamic international team of one of the largest Retail organisations globally. With your enthusiasm, you will be supporting the GL Accounting team exceed their results.
Description
- Support in the daily General Ledger activities such as calculation of rates, accruals building, prepayments,
- journal postings, concession fees and assets.
- Liaise with Controlling Team, Country Controller and other department within the countries to finalize monthly
- results.
- Responsible for the declaration of the VAT for the local operation.
- Prepare and support with month-end closing activities, balance sheets, and reconciliation.
Profile
- Education on HBO level (Bachelor degree) in Economy.
- 2-5 years of working experience in a similar role.
- SSC F&A experience is an advantage
- Experience with SAP and other major ERP systems (Oracle, Navision) is a plus
- Willing to work in a challenging multicultural environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Willing to travel frequently
- Excellent knowledge of English (Spanish is a plus).
