For our client DHL Supply Chain in Weert, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team at the ASML site, ensuring that all logistics processes are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with DHL’s high-quality standards.

We are seeking a strong people manager with excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You know how to inspire your team to perform at their best and continuously strive for improvement.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Lead Operator;
• Strong communication skills in English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

• Gross monthly salary: €3,039 – €3,500 (with growth potential up to €4,490);

As Warehouse Team Leader, you will manage a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators in the Outbound Picking & Shipping department. You’ll play a key role in motivating your team, improving processes, and achieving daily operational goals.

You will work in rotating shifts (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00) and be responsible for:

• Coaching, evaluating, and developing your team members;
• Monitoring daily operations and resolving difficulties;
• Creating reports and analyses in the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance on the work floor;
• Conducting absence, performance, and appraisal meetings;
• Collaborating closely with fellow Team Leaders, the Shift Manager, and the Operations Manager.

In short: you are the vital link between people, processes, and performance.
