As a business analyst you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres.

Description

As a business analyst:

• Analyse and optimise supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve bottlenecks in existing and new processes at our site.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges.
• Optimize operational and administrative processes at the Veghel site, including automation, documentation, and drafting procedures.
• Initiate and execute projects aimed at optimizing workflows and proposing innovative improvements.
• Guide users through new and existing procedures and applications, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance.
• Support improvement and implementation projects to proactively meet current and future needs of both the department and our customers.

Profile

A successful business analyst should have:

• A strong understanding of supply chain and procurement principles in the logistics area ;
• HBO education ;
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and process management like dashboarding / PowerBI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, besides that a positive, proactive and pragmatic mindset.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
