Are you a true team player with an eye for quality and safety? Do you have experience with reinforcement or management and do you enjoy guiding colleagues in their work? Then we are looking for you as a Reinforcement Foreman in Wanssum!

What will you be doing?
As a foreman in the reinforcement department, you will ensure that the work runs smoothly. Together with the department manager, you will divide the tasks and give clear work instructions to the employees. You will check the reinforcement cages based on drawings and ensure that the quality is always high. In the absence of the department manager, you will take charge of the team and encourage cooperation, safety and a tidy working environment.

Gevraagd

MBO 3 working and thinking level
Availability of 24 to 40 hours per week
Management experience is desirable
You are fluent in Dutch or are willing to learn it through a course
Communication skills in English; German is a plus
Experience or knowledge of reinforcement and reading drawings
Willingness to learn how to operate the netting machine and take a first aid course

An attractive salary of €2,989 - €3,698 per month;
