Are you a System Engineer(m/v/x) with a knack for infrastructure, automation, and cloud transformation? Based in or near Rotterdam, we are seeking a proactive IT professional eager to make an impact in the digital healthcare sector. This hybrid role allows flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with teams based in the Netherlands and Germany. Regular site visits to the German office are part of the job and critical to success.

As a System Engineer located in Rotterdam, you will be a key player in supporting and transforming our IT infrastructure. This involves migrating legacy systems to the cloud (Azure), optimizing operational efficiencies, and collaborating with a diverse and international team of professionals driven to innovate within the healthcare industry. • Manage and modernize existing infrastructure, remotely and occasionally on-site.
• Oversee the migration of on-premise data storage to the cloud (Azure).
• Drive automation of deployment processes, improving efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively resolve system vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Dutch and German teams to optimize strategy.
• Provide advanced infrastructure support to resolve complex IT challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to system architecture and protocols.

• Proven expertise as a System Engineer, particularly in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Servers.
• Strong technical grasp of VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and general security concepts.
• A proactive and independent mindset, yet collaborative in execution.
• Professional fluency in English (Dutch/German language skills are a bonus).
• Willingness to travel regularly to the German branch for hands-on support.

• A salary indication starting at €5,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours, experience, and educational background).
• A company lease car or mobility allowance.
• Between 25-29 vacation days per year, with the option to purchase additional days.
