As logistics planner you are responsible for creating, monitoring and optimizing the operational planning within both our automated and conventional warehouse environments. You ensure efficient deployment of personnel and resources aligned with the workload.

Description

As logistics planner:

• Create daily and weekly schedules for order picking and staffing in both automated and conventional environments
• Coordinate and execute pallet dispatches in the automated warehouse taking into account operational workload and booked time slots
• Analyze bottlenecks in planning and operational processes and propose improvements
• Optimize planning processes through automation and digital tools in collaboration with IT and operations
• Support the development and implementation of dashboards and reports for capacity planning and performance monitoring
• Act as the point of contact for planning-related questions and guide colleagues in using planning systems
• You work in 3 shifts, morning, midday and night, these rotate on a weekly basis.

Profile

As logistics planner you are:

• A degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration ;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ;
• Proficiency in excel ;
• Proactive pragmatic and able to gain support from various stakeholders ;
• Effective communication skills in English.
