This role focuses on early-phase ink design and development, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and performance.

• Design and formulate new UVgel inks for future graphic arts printing products
• Plan and execute lab-scale and printer-level experiments
• Analyze material properties (e.g., rheology, mechanical behavior)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to IP generation
• Translate application needs into technical solutions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
• 2+ years of R&D experience (preferably industrial)
• Expertise in ink/coating formulation and material characterization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, independent, and a team player
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
