• Project plan: Formulate the project plan (including resourcing, planning, risk mitigation, quality control and organizational requirements), determine budget and acquire approval, in line with project objectives;
• Project execution & monitoring: Execute project, coordinate the activities of the project team members, monitor progress of project and compliance with the project plan, manage and mitigate project risks and resources, create risk awareness among stakeholders, manage stage-gates and adjust project plan when necessary;
• Project closure & implementation: Deliver the project in line with project objectives, budget and planning, discuss project results with business, hand over project to line management when necessary and evaluate the project with all involved stakeholders;
• Stakeholder management: Create support for complete project approach (objectives, planning etc), update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly, manage expectations of relevant stakeholders during execution, involve stakeholders in decision making and build and maintain a network of relevant stakeholders;
• Management information: Ensure periodical project management reporting, quantitative and qualitative, according to defined formats and project management guidelines;
• Knowledge management & sharing: Keep up with relevant project management methods and techniques and optimise the implementation of and support; 
• Team/people management: Functionally lead, coach, develop members of the own project team, and give input for appraisal.

Gevraagd

Proven knowledge and experience in: 

1. Plan function (S&OP, inventory optimization);
2. Deliver function (order processing, export documentation, transport management, warehousing);
3. Understanding B2B Ingredients market and its customers, as well as complex supply chain structures, preferably in the dairy industry;
4. Fluent in English and Dutch.

Skills/Capabilities:

• Leads complex projects and medium risk project(s) with impact on multiple business groups, OpCos or multiple large departments;
• Manages the relation with multiple (groups of) stakeholders with opposite interests on tactical level;
• Supply Chain leader with E2E mindset;
• Deal with complexity & data driven;
• Creative problem solver;
• Business acumen: ability to understand the business priorities;
• Stakeholder management & communication skills.

Aanbod

You will receive a temporary contract for 6 months through our agency, with the possibility of extension. 

The rate for this Vacancy is a maximum of 88 euros (all-inclusive)
