As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll oversee order processing and shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery across EMEA. You'll serve as the main connection between customers, sales, and logistics partners, optimizing every step of the supply chain.

Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery of products across multiple regions. You will act as the main link between customers, sales, and logistics partners, helping to optimize the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders efficiently
  • Coordinate shipments with logistics partners
  • Handle administrative tasks for outbound, direct, and drop-shipment orders
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in the order process
  • Monitor and report on key supply chain performance metrics

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proactive and solution-driven attitude
  • Excellent English and Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Permanent position (no sponsorship available)

Job Offer

  • Salary: €2,800 - €3,000 per month
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Pension plan (4% employee contribution)
  • Commuting allowance up to €0.23/km (max 50 km one way)
  • Hybrid work: 1 day per week from home (Mon & Fri in office)
  • Laptop and mobile phone provided
