WMS Solution ArchitectMake an impact by shaping the future of warehouse technology
Are you passionate about creating scalable and future-proof WMS solutions? In this role, you’ll use your technical expertise and logistics know-how to guide multiple implementation projects across Europe. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every warehouse management solution is smart, standard-driven, and built to last.
This is a full-time, temporary position for 4 to 6 months, where you’ll bring structure, quality, and innovation to high-impact logistics operations.
What will you do?
As WMS Solution Architect, you take ownership of the architectural design and quality of regional WMS implementations. You work closely with project teams and stakeholders to make sure every design is robust, efficient, and aligned with global standards.
Your main responsibilities include:
Developing and adapting Blue Yonder WMS architectures in line with company guidelines and best practices.
Acting as the design gatekeeper — reviewing, approving, and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into scalable, effective solutions.
Coaching consultants and promoting knowledge sharing across teams and regions.
Supporting innovation initiatives related to automation, robotics, and digitalization.
You’re an experienced professional who combines technical depth with a practical mindset. You know how to balance quality, efficiency, and feasibility.
We’re looking for someone with:
A degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or information technology.
5–10+ years of experience in complex WMS projects (implementation, integration, upgrade, or migration).
Proven expertise with Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete).
Strong knowledge of WMS technical components (MOCA, PL/SQL, Integrator, Groovy, Jasper Reports, Page Builder).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English and experience in international environments.
You’ll be part of an international logistics organization known for its innovation and focus on continuous improvement. The work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and forward-looking — where standardization, knowledge sharing, and technology are key to success. You’ll collaborate closely with experts across Europe to implement smart, scalable WMS solutions that support operational excellence.
