Are you passionate about food and looking for a hands-on role in a modern production environment? Join a stable food production company in Eindhoven, where you’ll be part of a friendly and professional team working together to package delicious ready-to-eat meals.
What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Operator, you’ll ensure that the packaging lines run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work with modern machines such as Sealpac, Powerpack, and Pillow Bag (stand-up pouch line). Your main responsibilities include:
- Setting up, adjusting, and operating packaging machines.
- Checking packaging, labels, and product quality.
- Solving minor malfunctions and reporting technical issues.
- Keeping your workspace clean according to HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a smooth production process.
Working hours:
- Mainly day shifts: 06:00 – 14:00
- During busy periods (e.g., December), afternoon shifts 14:00 – 22:00 may apply.

- Experience as an operator in a production environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Technical knowledge and experience with packaging machines is a plus.

- Starting salary between €2,900 – €3,300 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
