Are you someone who enjoys maintaining oversight, safeguarding quality, and gets energized by a varied role within an international organization? For our client in Maastricht, we are looking for a Quality Systems Administrator who likes to contribute ideas for process improvements and enjoys collaborating with colleagues both in the Netherlands and abroad.
What are you going to do?In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Quality Management System (QMS) within Bayer Medical Care BV. You will work closely with various departments, suppliers, and international partners to ensure the quality of products and processes.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring Document Control and collaborating with the QMS Training System.
- Acting as system owner for various quality systems.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and improving QMS KPIs.
- Managing the Contrast Media Quality Management System and supporting the Responsible Person and the Head of Quality.
- Preparing and maintaining CAPAs, internal audits, and quality reports.
- Supporting new projects and business models, such as Go Direct initiatives.
- Managing Material Holds and coordinating with global departments for complaint and issue management.
- Working closely with the legal manufacturer, warehouse, and distribution centers in the Netherlands and Singapore.
- Archiving quality documentation and supporting training sessions on quality standards (such as GxP, ISO 13485, EU MDR, FDA).
In short: this is a diverse and dynamic role in which you serve as the link between various disciplines and the driving force behind quality assurance.
What do we offer?- Salary between €19.10 and €23.88 gross per hour, plus an additional 13th month.

What do we ask?- A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO level).
- At least 2 years of experience in quality, document management, or project administration.
- Experience with GxP processes and non-conforming product handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You are customer-oriented, results-driven, flexible, and accurate.
