Welcome to the Digital Enablement team at Nike! They are the driving force behind all digital experiences in Nike's retail stores and offices across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Their work brings Nike's products and brand to life through interactive applications, digital signage, mobile devices, and impressive (touch)screens. • €21 - €31 based on experience

• 40 hours per week

It is important that you, meet the following requirements:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Media Technology).
• You have 5 years of work experience, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in an AV or digital signage environment.
• You have certified knowledge of AV systems, particularly QSC (Level 2, Control 101 & 201). Experience with systems like Crestron is a plus.
• You have experience with project management, technical writing, and creating drawings in software like AutoCAD.

As an Audio-Visual (AV) Engineer, you are the expert who makes Nike's ambitious digital vision technically possible. You are responsible for the management, maintenance, and implementation of all AV equipment and installations at various Nike locations. You ensure that everything, from a presentation in a meeting room to a large-scale video installation in a flagship store, works flawlessly. You will advise speakers, manage inventory, and solve complex technical problems.

• Engineering & design: You are technically responsible for AV installations. You will advise, develop, and implement advanced audio and video systems, and create detailed system diagrams and technical documentation.
• Project management: You will lead AV projects from start to finish, manage collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery.
• Implementation & configuration: You are hands-on with the configuration and implementation of software and hardware, ensuring that everything complies with industry standards.
• Support & maintenance: You provide specialized (L3 and L4) technical support and are responsible for the overall stability and health of our AV ecosystem.
• Innovation & standardization: You research new technologies (R&D), test potential new products, and help establish the technical standards for Nike's environment.
• Collaboration: You work closely with other technical teams, such as the Windows and Apple engineers, to deliver complete and integrated solutions.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
