Functieomschrijving

We're seeking a Digital & Technology Project Lead to drive digital maturity and achieve fully connected labs within our Discovery, Product Development, and Supply organization. Your work will directly support the development of industry-leading biotherapeutics and help bring life-saving medicines from the lab to patients.

You will lead the execution of our Digital Transformation roadmap by implementing and managing digital solutions that enhance our lab's connectivity, data capture, and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the local implementation of digital solutions (systems connectivity, data capture apps, analytics platforms).
  • Manage project intakes, create and oversee plans, timelines, budgets, and resources in partnership with IT and Execution Systems.
  • Ensure key stakeholders across cross-functional teams are informed of project status, risks, and required actions.
  • Act as the technical system owner for various digital systems.
  • Be the point of contact for data integrity and cybersecurity gap assessments, initiating actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Create, review, and approve essential documentation, including reports and validation documents.
  • Work in a team environment, meeting project objectives and timelines by establishing wide-ranging collaborations.
Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital technology, data management, or related fields.
  • Industrial data historians, systems interfacing, and connectivity.
  • Lab automation systems and visualization/analytics platforms.
  • Digital platform deployment and change management.
  • Solid knowledge of data integrity and cybersecurity principles.
  • Proven ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis, scripting, or automation.
  • Experience in the biopharma industry and GxP/GLP regulated environments.
