Drive Commercial Growth

• Serve as the main point of contact for new build and refit clients.

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Yachting business unit.

• Build strong relationships with shipyards, crews, and owners’ representatives.

• Identify new market opportunities and lead strategic sales initiatives.

• Represent the company at yacht industry events, trade fairs, and networking platforms.

Translate Vision into Technical Solutions

• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and purchasing teams to translate client requirements into detailed proposals.

• Prepare technical specifications, preliminary designs, and budgets that meet customer expectations.

• Ensure seamless handover from sales to project execution teams.

• Drive process improvement and standardization across quotation tools and workflows.

Build Market Presence & Partnership

• Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to strengthen strategic positioning.

• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing between technical and commercial teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.

• Several years of experience in maritime system integration or installation engineering (yachtbuilding experience preferred).

• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.

• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical concepts and proposals.

• Structured, assertive, and analytical working style.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• Possession of a Category B driver’s license.

• Salary range: €5,500 – €7,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
