YOUR ROLE

As Team Coordinator Packing, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the workfloor, strong in your shoes and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. A flexible mindset sets the tone for your day. You will be in close contact with the Supervisor for coordination and guidance. You are working from our bol. location on the Veerweg. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor;
• You ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process;
• You share information and, in consultation with your Supervisor, take the initiative to implement process improvements;
• You report on work progress to your Supervisor.
  
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
• You master the English language verbally and in writing.
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available full time and (in time) willing to work in two shifts.

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.605,81 and €3.346,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
• You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
• Everyone gets 25 vacation days, with the possibility of earning four additional days if you are not sick;
• We have an advantageous pension plan, travel reimbursement and discounts on various insurances;
• Opportunities to further develop yourself through courses and training, through the CEVA Academy. The possibilities also include studying alongside your work.
