We are looking to expand our kitchen team in our Chinese restaurant. Do you have a culinary degree at MBO level 2 or 3? Or are you interested in learning the trade? We offer you the opportunity to grow within a professional kitchen where traditional Chinese cooking techniques are central.Gevraagd
Your Responsibilities- Preparing dishes according to traditional Chinese recipes;
- Ensuring proper mise en place and an efficient kitchen setup;
- Contributing to consistent quality and presentation of the dishes;
- Following hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP);
- Working closely with colleagues in the kitchen and service.
- A completed culinary degree at MBO level 2 (basic cook) or level 3 (independent cook);
- Ability to work in a structured and independent way within a team;
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized during busy shifts;
- Interest in Chinese cuisine and an openness to learn traditional cooking methods.
Aanbod
What We Offer- A competitive gross salary between €2,500 and €3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
- A full-time position (38 hours per week);
