Become an operator or take your experience to the next level? This is your moment! In a permanent day shift, you can earn up to €3,800 gross per month. With this employer in the fresh produce sector, you’ll grow into a lead operator who truly makes a difference.
Wat ga je doen?
You take full control of your own production line and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You do this by:
- Managing your line and ensuring flawless production flow
- Leading a team of 7 to 9 colleagues while also working alongside them
- Quickly resolving minor malfunctions and preventing problems
- Closely monitoring quality and accurately recording production data
- Working safely, in a structured manner, and in a tidy work environment
Wat heb je nodig voor deze functie?
Little experience as an operator? No problem, we’ll teach you the trade! What matters most to us is your drive:
- MBO-level working and thinking skills
- A natural leader with a focus on results
- Able to switch quickly and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a cool environment (10–12°C)
- In possession of a driver’s license and your own transport

- A gross monthly salary of up to €3,800
- Work in a fixed day shift from 05:45 to 15:00 or from 14:45 to 00:00 (including one Saturday every two weeks, with an extra day off the following week)
