Your expertise in event management will directly contribute to the reputation of a global tech leader. ASML seeks a Senior Event Manager for a crucial temporary role (6 months, 28 hours/week) to cover a sick leave. You will join the Communications, Brand & Digital team, taking full ownership of high-impact corporate events that are essential to ASML's strategic goals and reputation. This role demands a professional who can strategically steer projects from concept to flawless execution.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end execution of a variety of ASML corporate events. 
• Developing meticulous event proposals, detailed budgets, and clear timelines that align perfectly with organizational goals. 
• Acting as the central point of collaboration, liaising with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to deliver seamless event experiences. 
• Overseeing all critical event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual requirements, and decisive on-site management. 
• Safeguarding ASML's brand integrity, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence while adhering to all legal and safety standards. 

To be successful in this position, you must demonstrably meet the following hard requirements:

• A completed Bachelor's degree in event management, communications, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in end-to-end event management, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand-focused corporate events. 
• Excellent communication skills, with full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken). 

This is a temporary assignment for 6 months, starting as soon as possible. You will be employed by Yacht and seconded to ASML for 28 hours per week. We offer the following:

• A gross monthly salary of €5,402 (based on a 40-hour week), proportionate to your 28-hour contract. 
• Accrual of a 13th month (paid out pro-rata) and 8.33% holiday allowance. 
• 25 vacation days per year (based on 40 hours). 
• A hybrid work model, with at least 2 days per week at the ASML office in Veldhoven. 
• Immediate participation in our "Pensioen Plus" pension scheme (accrual from day 1).
