Tennant, located in Uden, is a leading manufacturer of advanced industrial cleaning machines. This high-tech equipment is used worldwide in airports, shopping centres, factories, and more.
In the modern production facility in Uden, around 200 colleagues work together to assemble and ship these machines. You will collaborate closely with your team, the technical service department, and the client.

What do you bring as an Assembly Technician?
- MBO work and thinking level
- Experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, hydraulics, electrical engineering, or combustion engines
- Two right hands and a practical mindset
- Good command of English (able to read and understand work instructions)
- Speaking some Dutch is very helpful

What will you do as an Assembly Technician?
We are looking for assembly technicians who want to contribute to the development of smarter and more sustainable machines.
Your working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Your main tasks:
- Reading and interpreting work instructions and technical drawings, discussing any questions with your colleagues
- Preparing work according to given instructions
- Assembling components and subassemblies using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Making electrical and hydraulic connections, adhesive joints, and tightening parts according to torque specifications
- Registering assembled parts and completed work in the digital system
- Testing parts using measuring instruments and actively contributing to improvement projects on the shop floor
