Together with its regular partners, our client takes care of the entire preliminary phase of every prefab (high-rise) project. They manufacture prefab concrete elements in their own factory in Best, which are then delivered throughout the Netherlands. The company was founded in 1956.

‍

* As a repairer, you will ensure that our concrete elements leave the factory in tip-top condition;
* You will repair minor damage and work with precision;
* You will work independently, but you will certainly not be a soloist; we work together to achieve the best results;

* You repair concrete parts, identify deviations, and ensure that your materials and workplace are in order;
* You know how to use tools, can read drawings, and have an eye for quality;
* Drilling holes and sawing are part of your job.

* You have experience in (prefab) concrete production;
* You have a lower vocational education (LBO) level of working and thinking;
* You have a hoisting certificate;
* You have a VCA certificate;
* You have some knowledge of building materials;
* You have an eye for detail and a healthy dose of independence;
* You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch or English;
* You live in the Best region.

* A great job in a large production hall;
* Working hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours per week;
* An excellent hourly wage of €18.27 gross per hour;
* Overtime rate is 150% above 40 hours and on Saturdays;
* A net travel allowance of €0.23 per km.
