Among your responsibilities:

• Define Product Transition Journey: develop a strategy to optimize and migrate the product for sustainability, allowing the team to focus on impactful initiatives;
• Streamline and Automate Processes: identify ways to simplify workflows, enhance data integrity, and automate handling of financial agreements;
• Product Operations: manage audits and user inquiries;
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with finance, retail, and tech leaders to ensure alignment and smooth transition;
• Safeguard Team Health: lead the engineering team transparently, maintaining motivation and clarity during transitions;
• Deliver Tangible Outcomes Quickly: focus on high-impact initiatives and incremental improvements to reduce operational and technical overheads..

Gevraagd

• A finished BSc/MSc in a relevant domain;
• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Management role;
• Experience with complex internal systems, ideally in large-scale or enterprise environments;
• Strong knowledge in financial systems and processes; able to quickly grasp and navigate finance-driven workflows;
• Strong focus on solutions, clear roadmaps and driving short-term results toward product wind-down;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aanbod

A nice assignment in Utrecht for 32-40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. Initially until the end of 2025, buth with a likely extension. Unfortunately, in this assignment we cannot hire a ZZP. You will be employed via us under a flexible contract, for a salary that ranges from € 7000 to € 8000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Please note that in order to be considered for this role, you need to be based in the Netherlands and fully eligible to work.
