Are you technically skilled, enjoy working with your hands, and ready to join a high-tech production environment? Then this is your chance to start at Doesburg Components!
As a CNC Operator, you work with modern machines to produce high-quality cast iron components for trucks, engines, and agricultural equipment.
After a full training period of 2 to 5 weeks, you will work independently on small to medium production series.
Your main tasks:
- Set up and operate CNC machines with Fanuc control systems
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools
- Deburr, grind, pressure-test, and pack finished products
- Keep your workstation clean, safe, and efficient
You work accurately, take initiative, and help improve production processes.

- A gross hourly wage of €18.40 (including shift allowance)

- Has experience as a CNC operator or strong technical affinity
- Enjoys working with metal and wants to keep learning
- Works precisely and values quality
- Is willing to work in a 3-shift system
