As a Production Operator working in a 3-shift system, you play an essential role in a team where quality and teamwork are key. You make sure that machines operate efficiently and that the production process runs without interruption. This is a full-time position with long-term prospects, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take responsibility.

Your main tasks include:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines
• Performing quality checks with precision
• Detecting and solving small technical issues
• Registering production data accurately in the system
• Contributing ideas for process improvements
• Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Working closely with your colleagues to achieve results together

Working hours (Monday to Friday):

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00 (starting Sunday night)

• Gross hourly wage between €14.82, plus shift allowance of 19,37% is €17.69,

• Experience in production or as an operator is an advantage, but not required
• Technical insight and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
