About the role
 Title: Account Executive
 Location: Amsterdam
WFH: Hybrid
 Language: English (Fluent) - ideally not dutch people
Size and functions of local team:
 8+ commercial team members (Sales, CS, BDR, SE).

Sales Motion:
~70–80% inbound leads (Marketing, Website, BDRs)
~20–30% self-sourced (Outbound, Events, Thought Leadership, Branding)
Land & Expand model with strong focus on Land
Cycles 6-12 months, ADS: €30K - €100K land
New business role, focussed on new logos  

Key Requirements:
Proven experience with deal sizes between €30K–100K
Experience: 3–7 years in a new business closing role in SaaS
Strong command of MEDDIC and Challenger sales methodologies
Experience with 6–12 month sales cycles
Must have experience with RFPs
Comfortable with multi-threading and stakeholder management
Skilled in building champions internally and externally
Naturally curious and challenge-driven personality
Must be able to operate in enterprise—SMB “pitch & run” styles don’t work here
Should be charming and a confident communicator

Nice to Have:
Prior experience selling to HR buyers
German-speaking
