At our client, we’re looking for a passionate Trainer / Coach who will guide our delivery and installation teams to reach the highest level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

What you bring:
- Strong technical understanding and solid experience in installing white goods appliances
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring technicians or installers
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
What we offer:
- A competitive hourly wage between €20 and €22 per hour, depending on experience
- Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00 (8-hour shifts; subject to possible changes in the future)

Delivery staff and installers are the face of Jour client, a large company in logistics. Every day, they deliver and professionally install white goods such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and dishwashers for private customers across the country.
As a Trainer / Coach, you make sure our colleagues are well-trained, motivated, and confident in their work. You’re the go-to person for anything related to white goods delivery and installation — combining technical expertise with people skills and a hands-on attitude.
