What we ask:
- Interest in horticulture or the green sector;
- Full-time availability (38 hours per week);
- Willingness to do physical work in warm conditions;
- Flexibility to work between 04:00 and 18:00 (sometimes on Saturdays, by agreement);
- Reliable: you do what you promise;
- Willing to do crop protection work (after training).
- Gross hourly wage between €14.40 and €17.33 (depending on experience);
- €0,23 travel allowance per km;
- Possible to work overtime;
- Training and learning opportunities;
- Possibility of a fixed contract if you do well.
As a production employee, you help with all tasks needed for growing and packing plants. The exact work depends on the type of crop (greenhouse or open field) and the location. Your main tasks include:
- Manual growing and packing work;
- Preparing for planting and production activities;
- Taking care of the plants: sowing, potting, staking, topping, tying, packing;
- Following work instructions for packing and shipping plants;
- Bringing in and taking away materials, stacking crates, and sorting containers;
- Cleaning the greenhouses and work areas;
- Following company rules for hygiene and safety;
- Carrying out crop protection (after training and certification).
