Logistics Team Leader (Den Hoorn) – A Leadership Role in a Dynamic Environment

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead operations at the distribution hub while actively participating in tasks when needed.

·      Ensure a smooth and efficient logistics process in collaboration with your team.

·      Monitor quantity, quality, and the correct delivery of goods to customers.

·      Assist with unloading, checking, sorting, and preparing items for shipment.

·      Act as the main point of contact for your team and lead by example in safe working practices.

Worktimes:

Availability to work flexible shifts, including the following:

·      20:00 - 04:30

·      23:00 - 07:30

·      04:00 - 12:30

·      09:00 - 17:30

What You Bring to the Role

·      Enthusiasm and a coaching leadership style to inspire and grow your team.

·      Flexibility, a keen eye for quality, and a drive to continuously improve processes.

·      MBO-level education or equivalent, with logistics experience and proficiency in Dutch and English.

·      Strong communication skills and the ability to lead your team using data-driven insights.

·      A natural focus on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, paired with initiative and organizational skills.

Compensation

·      Salary Range: €2,900 – €3,800 per month (based on 40 hours per week).

·      Able to start on the short notice

·      Pension plan and travel allowance

·      The company aims to give you a permanent contract
