JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Jobcoach / Onboarding & Support Coordinator, you are the connecting link between employees and the client. You ensure that new employees are welcomed warmly and quickly feel at ease at the workplace and housing location. You are responsible for guiding, motivating, and supervising employees so that they perform their work according to agreements and guidelines.

What will you do?

  • Welcome new employees, including onboarding, e-learning, and explaining company and house rules;
  • Guide departing employees and ensure proper handling of company property and final settlements;
  • Act as the first point of contact for housing and facility-related matters;
  • Monitor compliance with house rules and take action when violations occur;
  • Instruct, motivate, and evaluate employees;
  • Forward employee or client questions to the appropriate contact persons.
REQUIREMENTS
  • MBO (intermediate vocational) level of education;
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus;
  • Good command of English; knowledge of Russian, Polish, or Romanian is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude;
  • Natural authority and leadership qualities;
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel regularly, and work outside office hours.
