About the Role
We are seeking driven supply chain professionals for various roles in logistics, import/export, planning, operations support, and procurement. You will play a key role in the global distribution of pharmaceutical products, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality standards.

Depending on your background and interests, you can specialize in:

• Distribution & Logistics: Coordinating import/export, managing returns and inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Supply Chain Planning: Developing and maintaining demand forecasts and supply plans for clinical studies and pharmaceutical distribution.
• Procurement & Sourcing: Supporting the procurement of pharmaceutical products and materials, managing supplier relationships, and conducting market research.
• Operational Support: Working with ERP systems (such as SAP), managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP and GxP regulations.
• Process Optimization: Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking professionals with experience in supply chain (logistics, import/export, planning, operations support, and procurement) preferably within a GMP, GDP or GxP-regulated environment. Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• Live in the region in North Brabant and notneeded for a sponsorship / VISA.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, planning, operations support, and procurement within a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of and experience with GMP, GDP and/or GxP processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with international teams and external partners.
• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and strong analytical skills.
• A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and processes.
