You also have:

• Experience in supply chain planning and operational processes.
• A customer-focused mindset and experience with client contact.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• The ability to influence and align stakeholders from different teams.

As a pivotal member of Nike's team, you are responsible for ensuring the entire supply chain runs smoothly for Nike's partners. This is a hands-on role where you not only handle daily operations but also continuously look for ways to improve, streamline processes, and make an impact.

You are the operational face to Nike's accounts and understand better than anyone the importance of serving them with precision and reliability. We are looking for someone with a 'winner's mentality,' who takes ownership and easily collaborates with many different teams.

• End-to-End Ownership: You coordinate and monitor the complete process, from order entry to successful delivery to the customer.
• Single Point of Contact: You are the 'go-to' person for all your stakeholders (both internal teams and external partners). You ensure clear and streamlined communication.
• Collaboration: You work closely with other departments (such as sales, logistics, and finance) to ensure success. You solve complex issues and process exceptions and ensure everyone is aligned.
• Analysis and Insight: You dive into the data. Using Nike's systems, you proactively generate insights that you immediately apply to support Nike's partners and internal teams.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
