Join the Team as an fulltime or parttime (working hours between 24 hours and 40 hours) Order Picker at IKEA in Oosterhout! The warehouse, Distribution Center IKEA is located on the A59 in the region Breda, Waalwijk, Tilburg, Zwijndrecht and Dordrecht. GXO is the Logistics service provider for IKEA in Oosterhout.

At GXO IKEA in Oosterhout, we’re looking for fulltime or parttime Order Pickers to keep our operations running smoothly. Every day, you’ll help process products by moving through the warehouse, picking items with a hand scanner, and driving the Electric Pallet Truck and ensuring everything is correctly registered for shipment. You will get training for 2–3 days to learn all details for orders picking process.

The working times at GXO Ikea are: The first shifts starts at Monday 06.00 in the morning. During weekdays: 06.00-14.00/14.00-22.00/22.00-06.00. It stops on Saturday morning. Also on Saturdays there are two shifts planned: 06.00-13.30 & 13.30-21.15. The night shifts is maximum 5 shifts a week. You will work in 3 shifts.

The warehouse is easily accessible by car from Breda, Oosterhout, Tilburg, Waalwijk, Den Bosch and Dordrecht.

You start as a temporary logistics employee and after 6 months you progress to a permanent position at GXO. Youw gross hourlky wage is € 16.60.Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer.

When you want to start as orderpicker, the following aspects are important:

• You are able to do physical work;
• Experience is not a must, but you are motivated and eager to learn to become a great orderpicker;
• You are fulltime available;
• Sufficient level of English is mandatory.

Aanbod

We offer you the following things when you start as an orderpicker:

• Fulltime work for a longer period of time, with a chance you will get a permanent position (vaste aanstelling);
• Work for Ikea as orderpicker, but there are also a lot of possibilities to get training and education, so you can also grow into your job;
• 16.60 bruto per hour;
• Travel expenses with a maximum of 11,50 per day;
• Working fulltime or parttime in a three-shifts system;
• Holiday allowance, pension contribution, holiday hours.

Waar je gaat werken

At this warehouse in Oosterhout you will be working as orderpicker for the client Ikea. Every article you can find at an Ikea store will come from this warehouse. The warehouse is quit big, and therefor you will be orderpicking by using an electric truck. At the location is a nice canteen, during office hours there is fresh food. Also there are vending machines with food. Moreover, you can grap some fresh fruit two times a week. The location is easy reachable by car. There is a big parking space in front of the warehouse, so you can park your car there.

At this location around 700 employees work everyday to make sure that all the orders will be processed in time. Olympia is also a few times a week on site, so you can always walk by to ask questions or for a small conversation with us.
