Wat ga je doen?

As an Order Management Employee, you will have an exciting and challenging fulltime position (40 hours per week) with contract options. You will work in a professional team of three hbo-educated colleagues, where collaboration is central. There are rotating shifts on this department between 06:30 – 17:00, with the possibility to swap shifts in consultation. In this role, you will mainly focus on three key activities:

  • Planning & Preparation – Preparing the production and shipping plan for the warehouse
  • Monitoring & Communication – Releasing and tracking order statuses, and identifying deviations in time
  • Reporting – Creating clear reports, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing & improving data (LEAN)

Wat vragen wij?
  • A completed hbo degree – you have learned to work independently and bring structure
  • Relevant experience in a similar (logistics) role is a plus
  • Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel advanced, Power Query, Power BI is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (minimum C1/C2 level) – for effective communication
  • Strong analytical skills, stress-resistant, and service-oriented
