Our client, an established company in the market for the past 10 years, that provides high-end luxury products worldwide, is looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in the Utrecht area.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for representing the company by providing care and support to customers around the world through different channels using your detail-oriented skills to meet customers' expectations.


What you will do:
  • Providing exceptional customer support via online channels;
  • Provide information regarding stock availability, shipments, returns, exchanges, and more;
  • Maintaining close relationships with the operations team;
  • Looking for continuous improvement in internal processes
  • Support in office/facilities related tasks
Who you are:
  • Excellent fluency in English - both written and verbal;
  • 1-2 years of experience in (B2C) customer support or hospitality
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Proactive, good organizational skills, detail oriented and time management;
  • Available 40 hours a week in a hybrid mode, 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
