Job Description
Customer is planning to test the MVP (Minimal viable Bank) twice a year.
MVP will be setup in a greenfield environment including 80 to 120 applications with a CyberVault recovery solution.
Searching for a Senior Test Manager to Manage and Steer full Disaster Recover Test
Candidate must have experience in leading complexed projects,
experience in business continuity and disaster recovery.
Activities
· Setup governance with all stakeholders
· Define Scope and agree on objectives
· Prepare DR test with all stakeholders (governance, resource allocation, planning etc.)
· Prepare and educate Devops teams
· Prepare Run Books Infra and Application teams (part of SRP doc)
· Report results DR test.
· Organize Retrospective
Experience
· In-depth knowledge of Cyber recovery technologies
· Experience in setting up Service Recovery Plans
· Strong understanding of banking environment
· Familiar with devops way of working and Agile
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Familiar with different resilience scenarios
· Knowledge on different it technologies Mainframe, Ad, Storage, virtual platforms and network
