Supermicro is seeking a talented and passionate Application Engineer with in-depth knowledge of networking solutions, especially in switch products. In this role, you'll be the technical point of contact for our enterprise customers, providing expert support and promoting our internal switch products to optimize their network infrastructure. It's a fulltime job in dayshift.

• Salary based on experience between € 3000 / 3500
• Starting with a 1 year contract
• easily accessible by public transport
• 32-40 hours a week in dayshift

who are you

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in networking switch products and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of management in a professional manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years of related work experience.
• Strong sense of teamwork, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks.
• High level of integrity.
• Excellent communication skills with a quick response time to emails and phone calls.
• Solid technical skills and a deep understanding of your work.
• General knowledge of motherboard and server system products and services.

what will you do

Your main task is to provide technical services and work directly with customers to resolve technical issues with server systems, PC systems, and computer peripherals. You will identify and solve hardware and software problems while maintaining strong communication with the sales team to discuss services and technical matters.

• Maintain strong communication with the sales team to discuss services and technical issues.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of current and new products.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Deliver effective service to resolve customer concerns and issues.
• Assist with 24-hour technical support (phone/email) and contribute to weekly FAQs.
