For Nike's European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, Nike is seeking a specialist to be the backbone of Nike's order process. • Proven work experience in a supply chain or logistics role, with a passion for operations.
• Experience with project management and successfully implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills: you are data-driven and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex information simply and liaise easily with stakeholders.
• You are just as comfortable working independently toward your goals as you are collaborating within a team.

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you are the driving force behind a perfect order flow. You will ensure operational excellence by optimizing and executing the seasonal order process (from entry to management).

• Order Management: You are responsible for the accurate entry and management of orders for the Nike Marketplace.
• Central Liaison: You are the central point of contact, constantly coordinating with various departments, including Planning, Sales, Merchandising, and Nike Technology.
• Process Optimization: You actively drive process improvements. Where can things be faster, more efficient, or more accurate? You identify bottlenecks and resolve them.
• Deadlines & Analysis: You monitor important deadlines and ensure the order books and delivery dates are accurate.
• Collaboration: You work closely with fellow specialists and contribute to the main KPIs in the areas of service, sustainability, and profitability.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
