Your new role 
We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Quality Manager to lead quality operations across our EMEA distribution center (DC) network. This role is pivotal in ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in a multi-site (Venray and Roermond), regulated environment.
Reporting into the global Quality function, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Corporate Quality teams, fostering a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. This leader will be instrumental in ensuring operational alignment with ISO 13485, EU MDR, and other global regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include;

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for quality activities across multiple DCs in the EMEA region.Drive performance and engagement through clear expectations, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements.Lead cross-functional initiatives that simplify, standardise, and enhance QMS processes across multi-sites.Prioritise and allocate team resources to support business objectives related to quality, delivery, cost.Deliver regular quality performance insights, risk assessments, and strategic updates to senior leadership.Lead or facilitate process improvement/standardisation initiatives with a wide range of teams with broad ranges of experience in formal process development.Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality systems in alignment with industry regulations (ISO 13485).Ensure audit readiness and compliance with ISO 13485, EU MDR, MDSAP, and other applicable standards.Oversee and lead investigations and CAPA execution, leveraging structured problem-solving methodologies (A3, 8D, DMAIC).Oversee the local execution of non-conformance and on-hold material processes.Identify and mitigate systemic quality risks through data-driven trend analysis and root cause investigation.Promote a collaborative environment, enabling effective interface with global quality, regulatory, and supply chain counterparts.Support system integration opportunities that align with broader supply chain initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed 
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline, and you bring over seven years of experience in Quality Assurance within regulated distribution and manufacturing environments. You have spent at least five of those years successfully managing and leading quality teams across multi-site or matrixed organisations. Your expertise includes implementing and sustaining ISO 13485 and equivalent Quality Management System frameworks, alongside a strong working knowledge of regulatory standards such as EU MDR, ISO, MDSAP, and GMP. Adept in problem-solving methodologies like A3, 8D, and DMAIC, you can leverage data analysis to drive continuous improvement. You’re known for your ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead change in complex settings. You also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively presenting to senior leadership.
